About Collier...

Collier Landry is a multifaceted artist known for his work as a podcast host, award-winning documentary filmmaker, and trauma-informed coach. He gained widespread recognition as the creator and subject of A Murder in Mansfield, a film directed by two-time Oscar winner Barbara Kopple.

It was his own traumatic childhood experience that sparked Collier's passion for storytelling: the pre-meditated murder of his mother by his father. As the only witness to the murder, Collier was determined not to let his father get away with it. He then gathered evidence, worked with authorities, and, at the age of twelve, bravely testified against him, leading to his lifetime of incarceration.

On his podcast, the Collier Landry Show, he shares his unique perspective on surviving true crime and trauma, overcoming adversity, and moving forward—with a dash of humor to lighten the load. He engages with fellow survivors, academics, advocates, and storytellers to explore various thought-provoking topics. Collier's message of human resilience and hope has inspired audiences worldwide.

His work has amassed over 1.5 billion views on YouTube alone. He has been featured by numerous media outlets, including The New York Times, The BBC, Newsweek, VICE, Esquire, The Guardian, and The Independent, and has appeared as a TEDx speaker, keynote speaker, and guest on the Dr. Phil show.
